Melissa Kozak, RN, CRNI

As a home infusion nurse, Melissa saw first-hand the chaos and frustration among patients and care providers as they struggled to receive and deliver prompt, cost-effective care; she watched as referral sources grew frustrated with complications that resulted from lack of compliance with therapy guidelines. Melissa founded Citus Health in 2016 to tackle these challenges head on.

Shahid N. Shah is an internationally recognized and influential healthcare IT thought leader who is known as “The Healthcare IT Guy” across the Internet. He is a technology strategy consultant to many federal agencies and winner of Federal Computer Week’s coveted “Fed 100" award given to IT experts that have made a big impact in the government. Shahid has architected and built multiple clinical solutions over his almost 21 year career. He helped design and deploy the American Red Cross’s electronic health record solution across thousands of sites; he’s built several web-based EMRs now in use by hundreds of physicians; he’s designed large groupware and collaboration sites in use by thousands; and, as an ex-CTO for a billion dollar division of CardinalHealth he helped design advanced clinical interfaces for medical devices and hospitals. Shahid also serves as a senior technology strategy advisor to NIH’s and TATRC’s SBIR/STTR program helping small businesses commercialize their healthcare applications. Shahid runs four successful blogs. Chris Watson is a seasoned executive with expertise in transforming technology companies into enterprise software solution providers by improving operational excellence and deploying innovative go-to-market strategies that increase revenue, market share and customer satisfaction. Most recently she served as COO and CMO of Brightree, a SaaS-based healthcare IT software company, where she architected and executed the company’s marketing, sales, M&A and product growth strategies that resulted in growth from $27M to $100M in only four years. She brings more than 20 years of leadership expertise to her role in developing channel partnerships and growth opportunities for Citus Health.

An infusion industry expert and former Nurse Management & Informatics corporate leader for BioScrip, Inc., Terri has a passion for creating efficiencies and standardization while applying technology solutions that drive the very best healthcare experience for referral partners, patients and clinicians. Her 25 years of industry trailblazing and leadership experience will be instrumental in driving the Citus Health customer onboarding experience, training and overall success.

Kristian's healthcare career includes serving a pivotal leadership role in taking medical informatics solution provider Inovalon [NASD:INOV] from early stage to a multi-billion dollar monetization, as well as CEO of store-and-forward telemedicine provider MDAgree. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2004, he brings to Citus Health in-depth experience with financial: planning, record keeping, reporting and risk management.
