As a registered nurse, Melissa has a deep understanding of the post-acute industry. Her extensive clinical care and operational insight led her to become the visionary entrepreneur she is today. With CitusHealth, she’s created our industry’s first end-to-end digital health collaboration platform to solve the complexities of managing post-acute continuum of care and patient and family engagement challenges.

A registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, Terri’s career has spanned almost three decades in regional and national home, specialty and long-term care infusion operations, sales, and informatics leadership. Her experience with cutting-edge workflow optimization has allowed her to understand the challenges both customers and their patients face. With CitusHealth, she leads the adoption and retention team helping to bring the voice of customers to the product development roadmap.

Terri has been in leadership, sales, and nursing roles for companies such as BioScrip, Omnicare, and Olsten-Kimberly Quality Care.

With over 25 years in executive management, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and professional services, Venkat has a passion for cutting-edge technology and using Open Source software in enterprise applications. His pivotal role for CitusHealth involves managing engineering activities and integrating with industry-leading EHR systems—helping propel the company to drive additional ROI opportunities for our clients.

Venkat previously worked at Nokia and Microsoft, where he delivered the consumer-facing AWS, Azure Cloud hosted PaaS, SaaS services serving millions of users. His background spans various industries including healthcare, airlines, telecommunications, government, and other IOT domains delivering workflow automation solutions and enforcing strong security posture.

With over 20 years of experience leading marketing operations and executing thought leadership, go-to-market, and integrated marketing strategies nationwide within healthcare and health IT, Melissa is an innovative leader. She’s extremely passionate about connected care and improving patient and family engagement with technology. With CitusHealth, she’s executing significant revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, process improvements, and optimization of ROI.

Prior to CitusHealth, Melissa has built successful teams for Brightree, MatrixCare, AMN Healthcare, and other provider organizations and hospitals in Georgia and Southern California. She also sits on the marketing committee for CommonWell Health Alliance.

With over 20 years of experience in leading customer support organizations within the healthcare industry, John is a customer operations leader. He has a true passion for customer care while guiding and growing teams to view their interactions through the lens of the customer. With CitusHealth, he has designed and launched customer-facing operations—all while driving continuous service improvements that enhance the customer’s experience, satisfaction, and retention rates.

Prior to CitusHealth, John worked in the ambulatory EHR market, notably with Greenway Health. Most recently, he led the support department with Qure4u, where he created and organized customer support in the post-development phase of a virtual care patient engagement SaaS company and designed workflows to increase the efficiency and knowledge transfers of the support team.

Donald is an experienced result-oriented product leader with a technical background and love for product management and development. With over 15 years of experience delivering innovative business solutions and bridging the gap between business and technology; he has expertise in managing complex product development programs and multiple concurrent SaaS projects. Donald has led successful cross-functional global teams that resulted in the seamless delivery of critical client solutions and product launches. His career has allowed me to gain experience across multiple technical disciplines ranging from software development to architecture and all phases of product management and development.

Before joining the CitusHealth team, Donald delivered multiple product solutions across various industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Education, Government sector, Wireless, and IoT networks. Most recently, he led product and engineering teams through the implementation of a tried and true product development life cycle and a working process for all integration projects.
