NEW YORK CITY – August 22, 2022 — CitusHealth, a leading digital health solutions provider for the home-based care industry, announced today that its Co-Founder and President Melissa Kozak, RN, BSN, was recognized among Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 Notable Healthcare Leaders.
In her decade of experience as a registered nurse in both medical/surgical and home infusion settings, Kozak recognized the need for better communication methods in healthcare and in response founded CitusHealth to bring the digital revolution to home-based care. She saw firsthand the complications of poor communication methods that were not conducive to delivering high-quality care and brought these digital solutions to the home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, hospice, and palliative care spaces. Since starting CitusHealth, Kozak has been able to bring comprehensive solutions to the market that keep clinicians and patients seamlessly connected to each other.
